Acapulco Spur

This is the first time in a long time i actually dined in at spur. I was pleasantly surprised as everything was just perfect. We were a party of four, celebrating a birthday. We booked a table for 7pm. The car park was absolutely packed,but i managed to find the last parking spot. The place inside was packed to capacity and there was a great buzz inside. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful and very attentive with such a warm personality. The food was fantastic. I ordered a full portion of wings to take home for my husband as well as half portion for myself. The other three people at the table ordered spur cheese burger and a chicken burger. Another one ordered wings as well. The food was fresh, warm, and very well presented. The wait was not too long, taking into account how packed the place was. The ambience tonight was just beautiful. The staff were happy and smiling and the manager came to our table to say hi and to check if we are happy. This was a nice personal touch and it added to our experience. Tonight was very nostalgic, as it reminded me of the Spur way back when my kids were little, and many families coming together to enjoy a meal. I wished i took more photos. But all in all, a most wonderful experience. We will be back. Thank you for a great evening. This spur by far has the most friendliest staff and our waitress at table number 25 was an absolute gem. This is the reason we will be back and the reason why i highly recommend this spur. Well done guys.

Great spur! Felt cleaner and more welcoming than your average Spur. Even the bathrooms were pretty clean. Your standard Spur food, although unfortunately they didn't add chip spice to the chips. Would definitely return.

Had a great meal at Spur Acapulco! The service was friendly and fast, and the food came out just the way I expected warm, fresh and full of flavour. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, even though I went alone. Really enjoyed my time there and I’ll definitely be back again

We were greeted the moment we walked in and attended to right away. Our waiter, Adam, was incredibly sweet and polite big ups to him for the amazing customer service! He kept checking on us every 5–10 minutes, which is not something you experience often. Really appreciated that attentiveness. As for the food, I’d rate it a 7/10. The steak wasn’t great, and the onion rings weren’t well done. The dessert (Malva pudding) was also disappointing I didn’t enjoy it and ended up giving it to my cousin to finish. Overall, the service definitely stood out more than the food. Huge thanks to Adam for making the experience better!

Phenomenal service. Delivery arrived without one of the ordered items. Despite our being happy to pop in at Acapulco the following day, the Manager insisted and arrived, herself, at our door with missing item PLUS bonus extras. 5 star service. Thank you.

Wonderful experience Waiter was amazing and food was great. A complete opposite experience to That Other Spur . Food was tasty, hot and fresh. Waiter was friendly, helpful, honest and definitely knows what client service is. Just a note to those who don't know, this Spur offers a Sunday Lunch option Looks awesome Overall, great experience, value for money and a must do when in Bergvliet Update 27 January 2023 Service is still exceptional. Steak good but not great. Not sure the cook understands the temperature of steaks, medium ended up being well done but overall a good evening

Went there for our Sunday morning breakfast with my lady (first time at this Spur) and we were very impressed with the place! It has been fully renovated and looks a class up from compared to the other Spurs we've been at. The service was excellent, didn't have to wait for anything and all came exactly as we ordered - we do make some changes on our orders as my lady is vegan. Their chips slightly differs from the rest and very tasty. The eggs came perfect too. Definitely will visit again!
